We are happy to provide our clients with an overall home management option. This includes but is not limited to: scheduling regular service of HVAC, water softener systems, etc.; scheduling power washing, window cleaning, pine straw, hiring and verifying services of landscaping, house cleaning, pool cleaning, etc. 

We securely maintain a copy of our clients key, security codes, etc. • Available to meet and grant access to client approved contractors, vendors, delivery companies and guests • We offer a wait service to be present while services are being performed and secure the home upon completion. 

There are quite a few people who own homesites in the lake area. Perhaps as an investment or in preparation to build one day. We provide these clients with the assurance that their lot, while empty, is also being cared for. This will include: scheduling underbrushing, advising of any dead trees and scheduling approval with the community for removal, etc.

Adjusting thermostat • Water is turned on or off • Ice maker is turned on or off • Blinds and draperies are open or closed • Exterior lights on for late arrivals • Resetting clocks • Outdoor furniture placed or stored away • Pool and Hot Tub ready for use • Forward items left behind on departure • Arranging special amenities.

The contractors we recommend to our clients we have used personally and come highly regarded in the area. We will gladly meet them at your home to allow entry, stay while work is being completed and lock up behind them when the work is finished. 

We are happy to pick up and deliver any necessities you may need. Simply order direct with the retailer in Greensboro or Eatonton - Publix, CVS, etc - and we will pick up and deliver direct to your home for a small fee. We are also happy to meet an Instacart delivery and put the items away prior to your arrival.

We are happy to arrange special amenities for your arrival home, vacation or any occasion: Flower Arrangements,  Candy, Cards, Cakes, Balloons, Gifts, S'more's Kits, Firewood, etc. (Cost of item(s) is additional.)

Drive vessel to marina for fueling (cost of fuel is additional) • Schedule vessel or lift maintenance • Drive vessel to marina for storage • Secure Cover (if applicable) • Scheduling Detailing

Issues can arise by letting a vehicle sit idle. Schedule and drive to the service center, fuel up for your arrival, start car and allow to run during visits or taking for a drive "around the block". Scheduling onsite car wash and wax.
