Home Watch Services
Exterior visual inspections: roof/gutters, mailbox - mail and packages brought inside, drainage issues, landscaping for damage or service issues, condition of pool/spa, pest presence, plus more. Interior visual inspections: security system operation, thermostat settings, pest presence, run water, leaks, flush toilets, run garbage disposal, check appliances. Windows and doors are secure. Check circuit breaker and hot water heater. Open and close garage doors for functionality.
Key Holder Services
We securely maintain a copy of our clients key, security codes, etc. • Available to meet and grant access to client approved contractors, vendors, delivery companies and guests
We offer a wait service to be present while services are being performed and secure the home upon completion.
Post Storm Inspection
Our post storm inspection includes a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the home. A digital report is provided to the homeowner with photographs of any damage.
Post storm inspections are included free of charge to those clients who have a weekly or bi-weekly plan. We are happy to provide a storm inspection for anyone in need of our services.
Mail Collection
Part of our visits includes checking the mailbox at each visit to retrieve any deliveries. These items will then be taken inside and placed in a central location of the home. Photos of the items will be included in the reporting.
Mail Forwarding
We gladly gather any mail and packages and forward them to the client's preferred address while they are away. Cost of mailing is additional.
Delivery Acceptance
We are happy to provide our clients the ability to ship their items direct to our home so delivery is guaranteed. We will hold any deliveries until a desired time which we will then take to the clients home.
Emergencies
If an emergency arises from a storm or other reasoning we will immediately call the homeowner to provide details and assist with coordinating the process to move forward.
Garbage Placement & Retrieval
We are happy to assist with placing your garbage can on the roadside for pickup and retrieving once pickup is complete.
Plant Care
Watering of interior and exterior plants is included with our Home Watch Services. Frequency is dependent on the plan the homeowner chooses. Additional visits are available for an additional fee.
OUR REPORTING
The reports you will receive are all professionally produced by us at the time of our visit, using software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as the time and date that correspond to the report’s creation. You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
