Key Holder Services
We securely maintain a copy of our clients key, security codes, etc. • Available to meet and grant access to client approved contractors, vendors, delivery companies and guests.
Wait Service
We offer a wait service to be present while services are being performed and secure the home upon completion.
Mail Forwarding
Leave something behind? Orders shipped to the wrong address? We will gladly package and ship anything to the clients preferred address. Cost of mailing is additional.
Delivery Acceptance
We are happy to provide our clients the ability to ship their items direct to Lake Dog • Oconee so delivery is guaranteed. We will hold any deliveries until a desired time which we will then take to the clients home.
Emergencies
If an emergency arises from a storm or other reasoning we will assess the situation, immediately call the authorities if necessary and then the homeowner to provide details and assist with coordinating the process to move forward.
Contractor Liaison
The contractors we recommend to our clients we have used personally and come highly regarded in the area.
OUR REPORTING
The reports you will receive are all professionally produced by us at the time of our visit, using software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as the time and date that correspond to the report’s creation. You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
